But to his dismay, Guillermo Sansone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Beek City's Elano van Beek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Carl Beck, made in the 18th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Beek City's Ambrosio Peruxu threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tostão van Beek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tostão van Beek's late challenge caught a よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tostão van Beek helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes Beek City got a freekick which was hit by Tostão van Beek. よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's Ambrosio Peruxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ from getting a goal against them. よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's attentive Carl Beck managed to snatch the ball when Elano van Beek made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. The throw-in from Joaquín van Beek in the 29th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's Rey Pele. 30 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Sansone came free, but Barbosa van Beek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo Sansone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barbosa van Beek having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's Dennis Bergkamp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Barbosa van Beek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robustiano Astudillo made a great header on よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's corner, it was just that Beek City's Barbosa van Beek managed to reach the ball for a save. Tostão van Beek might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ambrosio Peruxu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tostão van Beek ran back to his position shaking his head. よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's Ambrosio Peruxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão van Beek in the 40th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ken Goffeyn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ambrosio Peruxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão van Beek in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes in the game Elano van Beek did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ken Goffeyn. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Barreto got free with Barbosa van Beek in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute Tostão van Beek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
