The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maccabi Netanya's Benzecry Butman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Maccabi Netanya from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Maccabi Netanya's Benzecry Butman got control of the ball when Ramon Damario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benzecry Butman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustin Abechuco went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Walter Abacha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Maccabi Netanya's Telem Hoffs got a free kick in the 18th minute. Benzecry Butman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Damario in the 19th minute. Chuttur Lønge kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Ramon Damario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Maccabi Netanya's Tobiah Zissberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 30 minutes Maccabi Netanya's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabricio Frechoso who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Nouvelle Vague's corner Fabricio Frechoso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benzecry Butman quite easily take care of the ball. In the 34th match minute, Maccabi Netanya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telem Hoffs to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Socorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chuttur Lønge in the 38th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Chuttur Lønge who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nouvelle Vague's Gualterio Socorro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dario Celipe hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maoz Arkin made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Gualterio Socorro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chuttur Lønge. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maoz Arkin in the 53rd minute of play forced Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Gualterio Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gualterio Socorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maoz Arkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61st play minutes Ramon Damario shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Benzecry Butman and just under the crossbar into goal. When Agustin Abechuco, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 71 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Benzecry Butman was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 75th minute Maccabi Netanya were awarded a corner. Telem Hoffs went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 75th match minute, Maccabi Netanya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hadad Bubber to maneuver through the defense. After a good free kick, Hadad Bubber got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Nouvelle Vague. Gualterio Socorro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chuttur Lønge in the 78th minute. The supporters of Nouvelle Vague booed when Maccabi Netanya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maoz Arkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nouvelle Vague had won after a very even match.
