Deportivo Ortegano's Edmundo Arizabal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dimas Camargo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Elano Lobado scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dimas Camargo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th match minute, Deportivo Ortegano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sendoa Larrañaga to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elano Lobado in the 38th minute of play forced MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Dimas Camargo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Deportivo Ortegano's corner Edmundo Arizabal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dimas Camargo quite easily take care of the ball.

The wind increased when Hélio Granja made the kick off in the second half. Dimas Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elano Lobado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57thth minute of the game Elano Lobado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MEXACOMX's Dimas Camargo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
