The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Noel Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benne Cider having to interfere. Zarco Bandeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Trillkott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benne Cider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gusmão Moreira in the 7th minute of the match. When Gusmão Moreira came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the MZ Fénix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gusmão Moreira couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as MZ Fénix's Noel Tinoco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benne Cider. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. When MZ Fénix's Noel Tinoco in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lobster if's goalie prevented a goal. Fırat Çakıroğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zarco Bandeira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, Lobster if's Benne Cider got control of the ball when Noel Tinoco tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 18th minute of play forced MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Zarco Bandeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Lobster if fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Benne Cider made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noel Tinoco in the 33rd minute. Benne Cider stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noel Tinoco's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 36th play minute Noel Tinoco came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benne Cider. 2-1. In the 41st minute Fırat Çakıroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zarco Bandeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lobster if's Costin Tătaru got a free kick in the 44th minute. If Nuno Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Helge Trillkott made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Helge Trillkott notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of MZ Fénix's Zarco Bandeira. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Noel Tinoco in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benne Cider saved Lobster if from getting behind. But to his dismay, Noel Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lobster if's goalkeeper Benne Cider, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Noel Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of MZ Fénix booed when Lobster if was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sune Överman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Noel Tinoco notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Lobster if's Benne Cider. Benne Cider was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 78th minute, Lázaro Caldas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zarco Bandeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 78th minute of the match. Wilson Pestana kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Noel Tinoco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benne Cider having to make a save. Lobster if's Benne Cider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Tinoco in the 87th minute of play. Fırat Çakıroğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Zarco Bandeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Fırat Çakıroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobster if's supporters rose to their feet, but Fırat Çakıroğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zarco Bandeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Rasmus Kilberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
