A collision led to La Bichineta getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Cayetano Cedro hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Joaquin Lore put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ciro Del Vecchio. 24 minutes into the game, Agustin Isauro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Bichineta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Gordiani the free kick. After 24 played minutes La Bichineta got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Isauro. In the 26th minute Joaquin Lore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Del Vecchio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Pereyra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, La Bichineta's Fernan Mateo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Cayetano Cedro hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Eduardo Jordy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Cimino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute of the match, Attilio Iob got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eduardo Jordy was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ferruccio Gelsomini thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Ciro Del Vecchio, a very annoying self made goal in the 52nd minute which led to 1-3. Eduardo Jordy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anfilogino Rocca in the 57th minute of the match. With a little luck, Villa Gordiani's Ciro Del Vecchio got control of the ball when Joaquin Lore tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Ciro Del Vecchio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Moises Pereyra struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Ciro Del Vecchio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Bichineta. Eduardo Jordy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Rocca in the 66th minute of play. Ciro Del Vecchio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Lore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, Fernan Mateo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ciro Del Vecchio. Fernan Mateo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Modesto Mark during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, Modesto Mark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Bichineta's Eduardo Jordy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attilio Iob in the 77th minute of play. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Joaquin Lore sped through Villa Gordiani's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciro Del Vecchio. If Moises Pereyra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th match minute, Villa Gordiani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Rocca to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Moises Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Del Vecchio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villa Gordiani's Ciro Del Vecchio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Villa Gordiani from getting a goal against them.
