The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denver Gagnon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Csongor Murai in the 4th minute of play. Százhalombattai VUK SE were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after JuSi Malacky's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Csongor Murai took the corner. When Adrián Márkus fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Százhalombattai VUK SE's protests and gave Adrián Márkus a yellow card for diving instead. JuSi Malacky's Martin Kresťanko was substituted for Dobre Bran. A collision led to Százhalombattai VUK SE getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Adrián Márkus hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, JuSi Malacky's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Márkus came free, but Denver Gagnon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denver Gagnon was a little too slow when József Tóth got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Ľubomír Čuntala fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JuSi Malacky's protests and gave Ľubomír Čuntala a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, JuSi Malacky was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ľubomír Čuntala to maneuver through the defense. Egon Sinka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Denver Gagnon made a huge save. Adrián Márkus was shown his second yellow card after 17 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Százhalombattai VUK SE's Adrián Márkus got a free kick in the 18th minute. György Solti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matej Harvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. József Tóth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Denver Gagnon made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egon Sinka got free with Denver Gagnon in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. JuSi Malacky's Denver Gagnon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save JuSi Malacky from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute of the match, József Tóth tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Denver Gagnon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to JuSi Malacky getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Dušan Obšut hit a great ball. The long shot by Miklós Gyarmati in the 27th minute really tested Denver Gagnon's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. JuSi Malacky's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when József Tóth scored to the left of an out of position Denver Gagnon, making the score, 2-0. Denver Gagnon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from József Tóth, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by József Tóth in the 46th minute of play forced JuSi Malacky's goalkeeper Denver Gagnon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Egon Sinka was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by József Tóth in the 73rd minute of play forced JuSi Malacky's goalkeeper Denver Gagnon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ľubomír Čuntala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. György Solti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. György Solti made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Viktor Kvietkovič sent off a good shot on target. Csongor Murai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denver Gagnon having to interfere. In the 87th minute, József Tóth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denver Gagnon was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The supporters of Százhalombattai VUK SE booed when JuSi Malacky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dušan Obšut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denver Gagnon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Márk Vargha went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Denver Gagnon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márk Vargha in the 95th minute of play.
