Loja S.C.'s Rene Carrandi got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Kogimyae JK's goal looked a bit too open when Urtun Baldaliso came free, but Lennart Merioja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Veronica Sabugo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Lennart Merioja was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the game, Loja S.C.'s Veronica Sabugo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lennart Merioja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. José Viego recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rene Carrandi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute Joonas Nõmmiste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Lecea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Carrandi hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Fidel Lecea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joonas Nõmmiste in the 33rd minute of play. Lennart Merioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Viego in the 39th minute of play. Alexandro Antoniano's late challenge caught a Kogimyae JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandro Antoniano helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Loja S.C.'s Alexandro Antoniano got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Ronald Kask sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henri Villem stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Veronica Sabugo kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After 52 played minutes Kogimyae JK got a freekick which was hit by Ago Erikson. The supporters of Kogimyae JK booed when Loja S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vachon Secada didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute Henri Villem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Lecea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Lecea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henri Villem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Loja S.C. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Urtun Baldaliso hit a great ball. Henri Villem came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fidel Lecea could save by the left post. Fidel Lecea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henri Villem in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Kogimyae JK defense, José Viego kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lennart Merioja. The Kogimyae JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lennart Merioja should have stopped the shot. 71 minutes into the match, Kogimyae JK's goal looked a bit too open when Urtun Baldaliso came free, but Lennart Merioja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, José Viego managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loja S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but José Viego was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennart Merioja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henri Villem in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidel Lecea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Loja S.C.'s José Viego got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rene Carrandi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Viego recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kogimyae JK's zone, José Viego stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lennart Merioja came out of the goal and José Viego tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Carrandi struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Lennart Merioja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loja S.C.. After 92 minutes, José Viego mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loja S.C. and the Kogimyae JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Loja S.C. had won after a very even match.
