When Jorge Cai fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's protests and gave Jorge Cai a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Jorge Cai hit a great ball. The supporters of C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ booed when Capivara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guto Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Timoteo Bertran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvio Benino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guto Bastos, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Rodolfo Enaut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th match minute, Capivara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amauri Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Bertran in the 35th minute of play forced Capivara FC's goalkeeper Célio Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Enaut came free, but Célio Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Silvio Benino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amauri Sampaio in the 38th minute of play. In the 45th minute Rodolfo Enaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Edvaldo Leal made the kick off in the second half. Timoteo Bertran scored 1-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Célio Machado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 56 minutes into the match, Timoteo Bertran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Célio Machado. Capivara FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timoteo Bertran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 60th minute Rodolfo Enaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute Jorge Cai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Timoteo Bertran made a precise shot to the right of Célio Machado. Capivara FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After 82 minutes of play, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Rodolfo Enaut made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Célio Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodolfo Enaut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute Rodolfo Enaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Capivara FC's Célio Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Enaut in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Timoteo Bertran managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Bertran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Célio Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Enaut's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Célio Machado was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
