Artur Sterckmans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Mateus in the 38th minute of the match. Cornelio Mino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Vanden Driessche, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Cornelio Mino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gillis Lembrechts in the 44th minute of the match. A collision led to Águilas Poblanas getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Tiburcio Firman hit a great ball. After 46 minutes of play, KV Schoonwater's Mattias Vanden Driessche made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cornelio Mino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Roberto Mateus's late challenge caught a KV Schoonwater's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Mateus helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the KV Schoonwater defense, Justo Sagrario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Sterckmans. The KV Schoonwater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Sterckmans should have stopped the shot. After 71 played minutes KV Schoonwater got a freekick which was hit by Carl Van Cleijnenbruegel. After some careless play in the KV Schoonwater defense, Sebastian Fliz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Sterckmans. The KV Schoonwater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Sterckmans should have stopped the shot. After 91 played minutes Armand Hemeleers rounded Águilas Poblanas's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-3. KV Schoonwater were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
