The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Águilas Poblanas's Leonardo Estavan got a free kick in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's goal looked a bit too open when Teófilo Pádua came free, but Cornelio Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Alexandre Veríssimo sped through Águilas Poblanas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cornelio Mino. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's King Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Chayo in the 12th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Tiago das Neves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Mino was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Veríssimo in the 23rd minute of play forced Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Cornelio Mino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Águilas Poblanas's Cornelio Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Veríssimo in the 26th minute of play. Cornelio Mino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Veríssimo in the 30th minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Chabier. In the 39th minute, Alexandre Veríssimo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Mino was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Alexandre Veríssimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Alexandre Veríssimo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Mino was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Miguéis to strike the kick off in the second half. Águilas Poblanas's Cornelio Mino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Águilas Poblanas from getting a goal against them. King Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Guerau in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Alexandre Veríssimo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cornelio Mino. The goal made the score 0-5. Águilas Poblanas made a substitution. Ivan Perrando replaced Nicolas Truylos. Águilas Poblanas's Cornelio Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Veríssimo in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Emanuel Miguéis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cornelio Mino. Emanuel Miguéis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 79th match minute, Águilas Poblanas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Chabier to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute of the match Emanuel Miguéis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cornelio Mino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match, Tiago das Neves got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cornelio Mino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 85th minute, Tiago das Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Miguéis in the 87th minute of play forced Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Cornelio Mino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Don Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Cornelio Mino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Moises Nisio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Emanuel Miguéis tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
