In the 16th minute, Virgilio Monico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Virgilio Monico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Monico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Ur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Virgilio Monico's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Leonardo Pes's late challenge caught a FMArgentina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Pes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Águilas Poblanas's Leonardo Pes got a free kick in the 34th minute. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgilio Monico to make the kick off. Paulino Oroitz got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Baldomero Chumo. In the 61st minute Delmar Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Oroitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Mino having to interfere. During the 81st minute of the match Leonardo Pes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Leonardo Pes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Leonardo Pes kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Justino Uxio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornelio Mino was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. 87 minutes into the game, Leonardo Estavan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Águilas Poblanas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FMArgentina the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Águilas Poblanas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Estavan to maneuver through the defense. In the 88thth minute of the game Justino Uxio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Águilas Poblanas's Cornelio Mino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 90th minute, Horacio Tuste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moises Nisio charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Nisio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. There was no doubt that FMArgentina were the better team. FMArgentina's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
