Fesport FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 10th minute, Rafael Morientes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Eskuin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Argider Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Romulo Eskuin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon Fonticoba took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romulo Eskuin. Romulo Eskuin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 28 minutes into the game, Juan Verdeja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fesport FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Konurbano Atletico the free kick. A collision led to Fesport FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Juan Verdeja hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Morientes in the 34th minute of play forced Konurbano Atletico's goalkeeper Romulo Eskuin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fesport FC's Rafael Morientes got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Karamoko Elano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes Konurbano Atletico got a freekick which was hit by Luis Txatxu. After a rather tough play, Fesport FC's Rogelio Carceles got a free kick in the 41st minute. Abel Gutierrez's late challenge caught a Fesport FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Gutierrez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, Konurbano Atletico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Morientes to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Fesport FC's Rafael Morientes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Konurbano Atletico's Romulo Eskuin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argider Lara in the 56th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Ermegildo Weather shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diagur Infante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Argider Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fesport FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Romulo Eskuin was a little too slow when Argider Lara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-5. Diagur Infante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Weather, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Morientes in the 79th minute of play forced Konurbano Atletico's goalkeeper Romulo Eskuin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Eskuin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jon Fonticoba showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 81 minute of play. In the 89th match minute, Konurbano Atletico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Domingues to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Txatxu in the 95th minute of play forced Fesport FC's goalkeeper Diagur Infante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
