Angel Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanek Barciniak in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Dobromir Mosiniak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angel Comizzo. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dobromir Mosiniak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of FC Saxon booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blagoy Doro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Angel Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milosz Milko in the 11th minute of play. Ernie Ball's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Maestro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Milko came free, but Angel Comizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angel Comizzo came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Saxon's Milosz Milko. But to his dismay, Milosz Milko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Dobromir Mosiniak struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Angel Comizzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Saxon. Angel Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Mosiniak in the 23rd minute of play. Angel Comizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Barciniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Tanek Barciniak came free, but Angel Comizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Milko in the 27th minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Angel Comizzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 played minutes Batalionul U23 Dorobanti got a freekick which was hit by Gavril Bobei. In the 30th minute of the match Kamen Beluhov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Comizzo skillfully saved the ball. Angel Comizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Sochacki in the 35th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Milosz Milko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Comizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Comizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Barciniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Batalionul U23 Dorobanti getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Blagoy Doro hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernie Ball to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Diego Tristan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Maestro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 55th minute Diego Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Maestro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ernie Ball fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's protests and gave Ernie Ball a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes Batalionul U23 Dorobanti got a freekick which was hit by Ernie Ball. Luis Maestro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Balc, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Luis Maestro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Tristan in the 62nd minute of the match. Angel Comizzo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Saxon's Milosz Milko. But to his dismay, Milosz Milko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 70th minute Diego Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Maestro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Comizzo made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Tanek Barciniak sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the game, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Diego Tristan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luis Maestro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernie Ball in the 84th minute of play forced FC Saxon's goalkeeper Luis Maestro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milosz Milko's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Angel Comizzo firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 88th match minute, FC Saxon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kamen Beluhov to maneuver through the defense. Luis Maestro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernie Ball in the 94th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Saxon walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
