Ernie Ball recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Diego Tristan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dave Valeriani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dave Valeriani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernie Ball, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Ernie Ball recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ernie Ball looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dave Valeriani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernie Ball, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quique Doro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Valeriani having to interfere. After the first half Batalionul U23 Dorobanti were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
After 52 minutes of play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ernie Ball made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dave Valeriani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernie Ball scored 0-5 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dave Valeriani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Farafulla FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Benji Pavard hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Renan Trancoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's supporters rose to their feet, but Renan Trancoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dave Valeriani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Farafulla FC's Dave Valeriani got control of the ball when Ernie Ball tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, Elia Fantasia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Farafulla FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. The tension between the Batalionul U23 Dorobanti and the Farafulla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ernie Ball's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dave Valeriani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. The throw-in from Cosimo Del Giudice in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Adrian Isăilă. Benji Pavard was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, one of Farafulla FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Farafulla FC. Dave Valeriani had in the 83rdth minute some difficulties stopping Diego Tristan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball After a long run with the ball, Diego Tristan did a trick in the 83rd minute in front of Farafulla FC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-6. An impressive performance by Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Diego Tristan! With his leg Dave Valeriani managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ernie Ball fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dave Valeriani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernie Ball went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. A collision led to Farafulla FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bernardo Reali hit a great ball. Ernie Ball took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dave Valeriani. Dave Valeriani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Ernie Ball fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Valeriani having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Batalionul U23 Dorobanti left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Farafulla FC.
