Nicolaas Van Hamme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Nicolaas Van Hamme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascal Bults, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jacco van Dartel 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. In the 38th minute, Jacco van Dartel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicolaas Van Hamme. The goal made the score 4-0. Ramon Matthijs hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Luckas De Wortelaers took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruben Rolink. MK Investments's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manu Gyselinx was the one to do the kick off. Nicolaas Van Hamme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascal Bults went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luckas De Wortelaers in the 64th minute of play forced MK Investments's goalkeeper Ruben Rolink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolaas Van Hamme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacco van Dartel in the 66th minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, MK Investments was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vince Seaward to maneuver through the defense. When Jorne Verhofstadt came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the KFC Paal-Tervant fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorne Verhofstadt couldn't finish the play.
