An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarek Astuja in the 14th minute of play forced BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Eric Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FS Kilomani's Armin Laineste proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save FS Kilomani from getting a goal against them. BK Tåfjutt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niklas Ålberg in the 16th minute. The corner ended in Olof Soned almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FS Kilomani's Armin Laineste did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Eriksson got free with Armin Laineste in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eric Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maarek Astuja, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Eric Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maarek Astuja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Maarek Astuja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armin Laineste stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olof Soned's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Olof Soned's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armin Laineste read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
