Kristiaan Van de Velde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, de belletrekkers's 董宽皓 got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Gert Robijns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Van de Velde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 17th minute of play. Kristiaan Van de Velde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgard Armentier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Fernando Miguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. George Van Impe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Edgard Armentier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's Edgard Armentier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Miguel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kristiaan Van de Velde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Alberto de Sousa's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 32nd minute of the match. Carlos Alberto de Sousa struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Kristiaan Van de Velde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Futbol Club RRFV. The supporters of Futbol Club RRFV booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristiaan Dirickx didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Edgard Armentier made the kick off in the second half. Edgard Armentier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 52 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Cruz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Van Impe in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Miguel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 55 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Armentier came free, but Fernando Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Futbol Club RRFV's Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gert Robijns recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, George Van Impe managed to get in a good position for a shot. de belletrekkers's supporters rose to their feet, but George Van Impe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Miguel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Futbol Club RRFV defense, Gert Robijns kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Miguel. The Futbol Club RRFV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Miguel should have stopped the shot. When Remco Baekelandt fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored de belletrekkers's protests and gave Remco Baekelandt a yellow card for diving instead. de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Van de Velde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 77th minute of play. Fernando Miguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Armentier, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. A collision led to de belletrekkers getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. 董宽皓 hit a great ball. de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Van de Velde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 87th minute of play. de belletrekkers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
