Tavo Arrelucea came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Stig Byström could save by the left post. In the 10th minute Victor Arrelucea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Byström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tuna Tunander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Tavo Arrelucea could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Stig Byström however easily saved by the left post. Adam Karlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Milio Cuero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to LA VIOLA getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Tuna Tunander hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute Tuna Tunander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milio Cuero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig Byström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Arrelucea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LA VIOLA's Stig Byström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save LA VIOLA from getting a goal against them. Milio Cuero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Rönn in the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LA VIOLA's Vermudo Ortiz got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Stig Byström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Victor Arrelucea made the kick off in the second half. Alfons Rönn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milio Cuero having to interfere. 55 minutes into the game, Galeno Ojeda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Intimos de Reynoso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA VIOLA the free kick. In the 55th minute, Galeno Ojeda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Milio Cuero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Karlberg in the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Arrelucea came free, but Stig Byström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milio Cuero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuna Tunander, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Intimos de Reynoso's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Rönn came free, but Milio Cuero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Intimos de Reynoso's Victor Arrelucea got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfons Rönn during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
