Juan Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Arrelucea in the 4th minute of the match. After 7 minutes, Tavo Arrelucea made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ricart Futebol Clube's Juan Vale tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Intimos de Reynoso's Milio Cuero got control of the ball when Marcos da Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juan Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Arrelucea's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. After 12 minutes, Ruy de Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ricart Futebol Clube and the Intimos de Reynoso players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Intimos de Reynoso booed when Ricart Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruy de Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute Leonardo Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tavo Arrelucea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Vale having to interfere. Intimos de Reynoso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ricart Futebol Clube the free kick. Leonardo Freire hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Gilson Braga put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Milio Cuero. 28 minutes into the game, Intimos de Reynoso's Victor Arrelucea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Vale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Milio Cuero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruy de Queirós in the 31st minute. When Ricart Futebol Clube's Gilson Braga in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Intimos de Reynoso's goalie prevented a goal. Leonardo Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Milio Cuero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos da Fonseca in the 38th minute. Juan Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Arrelucea went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ricart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Juan Vale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Carlos Galvan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

51 minutes into the game, Intimos de Reynoso's Victor Arrelucea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Vale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 59th minute, Libertad Brunati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Intimos de Reynoso booed when Ricart Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinei Dracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 minutes of play, Ricart Futebol Clube's Marcos da Fonseca made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Milio Cuero was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 72 played minutes Ricart Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Ruy de Queirós. In the 73rd minute, Carlos Galvan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Arrelucea hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Arrelucea came free, but Juan Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Aílton Corrêa notched a goal, 3-5, to the right of Intimos de Reynoso's Milio Cuero. Milio Cuero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonardo Freire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Vale made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tavo Arrelucea sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Juan Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Freire. Intimos de Reynoso's Milio Cuero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruy de Queirós in the 92nd minute of play.
