Intimos de Reynoso's Milio Cuero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Intimos de Reynoso from getting a goal against them. Michel Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Milio Cuero made a huge save. With a little luck, Intimos de Reynoso's Milio Cuero got control of the ball when Michel Batistuta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Danilo Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taio Lereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jeremias Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milio Cuero having to interfere. Milio Cuero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Seco in the 23rd minute of play. Meninos De Cotia's Dário de Azevedo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Magdaleno Virto in the 25 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Meninos De Cotia's Mao Yu got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Lucas Aumada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Jeremias Seco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Milio Cuero. The goal made the score 1-0. 37 minutes into the match, Michel Batistuta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milio Cuero. Intimos de Reynoso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michel Batistuta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Batistuta got free with Milio Cuero in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 45 played minutes Jeremias Seco rounded Intimos de Reynoso's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Arrelucea to strike the kick off in the second half. Milio Cuero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Batistuta in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of Intimos de Reynoso booed when Meninos De Cotia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremias Seco in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Milio Cuero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the game, Meninos De Cotia's Michel Batistuta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Milio Cuero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Intimos de Reynoso's zone, Jeremias Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milio Cuero came out of the goal and Jeremias Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th match minute, Intimos de Reynoso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magdaleno Virto to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Meninos De Cotia booed when Intimos de Reynoso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Arrelucea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Arrelucea struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Danilo Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Intimos de Reynoso. Jeremias Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 77 minutes into the match, Intimos de Reynoso's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Batistuta came free, but Milio Cuero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Jeremias Seco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Milio Cuero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Meninos De Cotia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
