Deportivo Mandiyu's Benigno Larpe was substituted for Cesar Teofilio. Karl-Axel Sjöberg's late challenge caught a Deportivo Mandiyu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
