Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Reynaldo Rios took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Ernesto Damião cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Octavio Raymond was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Unidad de Matanza's zone, Ernesto Damião stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Raymond came out of the goal and Ernesto Damião tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Henric came free, but Giovanni de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Tales Vasconcelos came free, but Octavio Raymond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Elvio Urtungo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Unidad de Matanza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Urtungo couldn't finish the play. Guaberto Henric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni de Toledo having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Gervasio Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Minotauro's Tales Vasconcelos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Octavio Raymond narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Octavio Raymond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tales Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Edgard Marques put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Minotauro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Unidad de Matanza:s goal. When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, Unidad de Matanza's Elvio Urtungo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Giovanni de Toledo. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minotauro's goalkeeper Giovanni de Toledo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bartosz Bednorz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernesto Damião to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Unidad de Matanza's Emanuel Bakar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Emanuel Bakar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Unidad de Matanza protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emanuel Bakar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 60 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Octavio Raymond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartosz Bednorz. Ernesto Damião could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Octavio Raymond made a huge save. In the 63rd minute, Minotauro's Bartosz Bednorz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Octavio Raymond. Octavio Raymond yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Astor Resto kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game, Ernesto Damião recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Octavio Raymond. Ernesto Damião showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Thanks to some nice moves Ernesto Damião could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Octavio Raymond however easily saved by the left post. Giovanni de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Giovanni de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Henric in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Damião got free with Octavio Raymond in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Giovanni de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Lopez in the 79th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Ernesto Damião notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Unidad de Matanza's Octavio Raymond. Octavio Raymond was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Joaquin Lopez fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Unidad de Matanza's protests and gave Joaquin Lopez a yellow card for diving instead. Joaquin Lopez hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The supporters of Unidad de Matanza booed when Minotauro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guaberto Henric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni de Toledo having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Unidad de Matanza got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Urtungo.
