Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The throw-in from Dida Freire in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Manly FC's Massimo Rocchetti. When Bruno Domenichetti fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manly FC's protests and gave Bruno Domenichetti a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of BOTAFOGO booed when Manly FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Domenichetti didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Mister Yasin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manly FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Lawrance Mcinnis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Murillo Cabral. BOTAFOGO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Manly FC's Mister Yasin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Murillo Cabral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, BOTAFOGO's Inácio Neves got a free kick in the 24th minute. Mister Yasin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Mister Yasin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manly FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in BOTAFOGO's zone, Mister Yasin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murillo Cabral came out of the goal and Mister Yasin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mister Yasin scored 0-5 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Murillo Cabral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Mister Yasin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murillo Cabral was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 46 minutes into the match, BOTAFOGO's goal looked a bit too open when Mister Yasin came free, but Murillo Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wesley Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fellipe Pimenta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Pernambucano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Bruno Domenichetti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Murillo Cabral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. BOTAFOGO's Murillo Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save BOTAFOGO from getting a goal against them. Murillo Cabral was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Mister Yasin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mister Yasin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. With his leg Murillo Cabral managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Manly FC's Mister Yasin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wesley Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Artur Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Pernambucano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fellipe Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. BOTAFOGO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Bruno Domenichetti scored to the left of an out of position Murillo Cabral, making the score, 0-9. 78 minutes into the match, BOTAFOGO's goal looked a bit too open when Rex Matthes came free, but Murillo Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mister Yasin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 80th playminute. In the 87th minute, Manly FC got a penalty, and Mister Yasin placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. BOTAFOGO's Murillo Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rex Matthes in the 91st minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Manly FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
