Frank Brorsson came out of the goal and Daniil Valakopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, Diómedes Rodriguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, FRANK's Øyvind Martinsen got a free kick in the 21st minute. Frank Brorsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calito Garcia in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Øyvind Martinsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Gutierrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FRANK booed when ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zheko Kraychev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. Sergio Gutierrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finn Klungtveit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes, Miguel Pimentel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ and the FRANK players grew even worse after the yellow card.
