Zbyszek Rzeszutek charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zbyszek Rzeszutek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zbyszek Rzeszutek hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Zachariasz Osikowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Madaleno in the 5th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Zenon Nowak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kosynierzy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zenon Nowak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliberto Gaskon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Xabel in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachariasz Osikowicz saved Kosynierzy FC from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Kosynierzy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Xabel came free, but Zachariasz Osikowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zachariasz Osikowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Xabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute Zeledon Madaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Osikowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. POSSE 1911 FC's Feliberto Gaskon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenon Nowak in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to POSSE 1911 FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Carlos Odilon hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zenon Nowak got free with Feliberto Gaskon in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute, Zeledon Madaleno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Madaleno in the 35th minute of play forced Kosynierzy FC's goalkeeper Zachariasz Osikowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachariasz Osikowicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godfredo Xabel's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Kosynierzy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Xabel came free, but Zachariasz Osikowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rdth minute of the game Zeledon Madaleno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kosynierzy FC's Zachariasz Osikowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zachariasz Osikowicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeledon Madaleno's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. When Godfredo Xabel came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the POSSE 1911 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Xabel couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zeledon Madaleno made a kick off. Tytus Mnich's late challenge caught a POSSE 1911 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tytus Mnich helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute Godfredo Xabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Osikowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. POSSE 1911 FC's Feliberto Gaskon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Zacharek in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match Kosynierzy FC got a corner. POSSE 1911 FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tytus Mnich ran over to the corner to take the kick. 66 minutes into the match, POSSE 1911 FC's Godfredo Xabel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zachariasz Osikowicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 69 minutes into the game, one of Kosynierzy FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 70 minutes, POSSE 1911 FC's Melchor Mannuel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zachariasz Osikowicz. In the 77th minute Zeledon Madaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Osikowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zachariasz Osikowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Xabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Madaleno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Zachariasz Osikowicz made a huge save. Venancio Dimas hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Kosynierzy FC's Jacek Poniewaz got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the match was over POSSE 1911 FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kosynierzy FC throughout the match.
