Edvaldo Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Armandinho Negri came free, but Teodoro Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiquinho de Moraes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dário Moreira. In the 23rd minute of the match, Murilo Leal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chiquinho de Moraes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 27th minute, Leripe Lifestyle's Sam Huveneers ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chiquinho de Moraes. Chiquinho de Moraes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 36 minutes into the match, Mosqueteiros 4EVER's goalkeeper Chiquinho de Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bebeto Bala. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sam Huveneers made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Murilo Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Leripe Lifestyle's Teodoro Santana got control of the ball when Edvaldo Trigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armandinho Negri charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armandinho Negri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 58 minutes, Leonardo Pernambucano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leripe Lifestyle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Pernambucano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chiquinho de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo Leal in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Leripe Lifestyle booed when Mosqueteiros 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leripe Lifestyle made a substitution. Percy Cardoso replaced Rui Lima. 68 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Ceresso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leripe Lifestyle the free kick. Chiquinho de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Pernambucano in the 75th minute of the match. Chiquinho de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Chiquinho de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Huveneers in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Mosqueteiros 4EVER getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Germano Sabóia hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Norberto do Nascimento got a free kick in the 87th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Germano Sabóia during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Germano Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
