Iurie Cocoș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Van Achtens, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Rockloos came free, but Iurie Cocoș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diederiek Heijligen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Onitiu in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Tinu came free, but Diederiek Heijligen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Tinu got free with Diederiek Heijligen in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Van Achtens in the 19th minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Iurie Cocoș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy De Koster kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Silver Squad AFC's Diederiek Heijligen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Tinu in the 32nd minute of play. Diederiek Heijligen made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Cristian Fărcașu sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the game, Luca Modrić cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Diederiek Heijligen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute Ferdinand Chirculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diederiek Heijligen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silver Squad AFC's Diederiek Heijligen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelian Dănănae in the 41st minute of play. Lorenzo Rockloos hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Silver Squad AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Ferdinand Chirculescu scored to the left of an out of position Diederiek Heijligen, making the score, 3-0. The supporters of Silver Squad AFC booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Onitiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Scorpions -MM-'s Fabian Orășan was substituted for Vasile Onitiu. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dan Tinu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Tinu in the 53rd minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Diederiek Heijligen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remie Vissenakens during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th minute, Remie Vissenakens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 55 minutes, Cristian Fărcașu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Fărcașu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Gwenn Du Sausois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Orășan took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diederiek Heijligen. Diederiek Heijligen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Diederiek Heijligen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Orășan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes of play, Scorpions -MM-'s Aurelian Dănănae made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diederiek Heijligen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silver Squad AFC's Diederiek Heijligen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Fărcașu in the 68th minute of play. Diederiek Heijligen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Orășan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute Fabian Orășan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diederiek Heijligen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Chirculescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Diederiek Heijligen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Diederiek Heijligen came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Scorpions -MM-'s Ferdinand Chirculescu. But to his dismay, Ferdinand Chirculescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 78th minute, Billy De Koster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Silver Squad AFC's zone, Dan Tinu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diederiek Heijligen came out of the goal and Dan Tinu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Orășan in the 81st minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Diederiek Heijligen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diederiek Heijligen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Orășan's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Silver Squad AFC's Diederiek Heijligen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorinel Munteanu in the 86th minute of play. Diederiek Heijligen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Modrić in the 89th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dan Tinu. Roger Van Achtens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Chirculescu came free, but Diederiek Heijligen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Dorinel Munteanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Dorinel Munteanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diederiek Heijligen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
