Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Leicester Lions's Mike Wadham started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ozzy Blythe in the 4th minute of play forced BVB 09's goalkeeper Walther Hörster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walther Hörster came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Leicester Lions's Ralph Masters. But to his dismay, Ralph Masters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goal looked a bit too open when Ozzy Blythe came free, but Walther Hörster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florin Tărău kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Walther Hörster made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mike Wadham in the 13th minute. In the 17th minute, Mike Wadham made a precise shot to the right of Walther Hörster. BVB 09's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Walther Hörster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Wadham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huey Porter in the 25th minute of play forced BVB 09's goalkeeper Walther Hörster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Ozzy Blythe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walther Hörster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, BVB 09's Sandu Bâru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Callum Barratt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes into the game, Ozzy Blythe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Walther Hörster was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Leicester Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Dyson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Huey Porter got free with Walther Hörster in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Walther Hörster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Wadham in the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goal looked a bit too open when Ralph Masters came free, but Walther Hörster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iacob Martinescu's late challenge caught a Leicester Lions's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iacob Martinescu helped the player get up and apologised. Vic Cos kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Walther Hörster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huey Porter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sandu Bâru came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the BVB 09 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandu Bâru couldn't finish the play. Lucrețiu Agulescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Callum Barratt made a huge save. In the 72nd minute Ralph Masters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walther Hörster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walther Hörster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Masters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florin Tărău charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florin Tărău the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leicester Lions's Adam Bettney was substituted for Ozzy Blythe. The supporters of Leicester Lions booed when BVB 09 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florin Tărău didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augustin Arbore kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Walther Hörster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Masters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucrețiu Agulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Leicester Lions players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
