The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şensoy Gülen in the 2nd minute of play forced Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 minutes Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alp Yaşar who took care of the corner kick. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Francesco Toldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuzer Tun in the 7th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Laurin came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vahdet Uçanok made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mando Lucifer in the 17th minute. LOI's Vahdet Uçanok proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save LOI from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute, Oğuzer Tun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Vahdet Uçanok took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mando Lucifer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. LOI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şensoy Gülen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vahdet Uçanok didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Resurrección Diabólica Ψ. 66 minutes into the match, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Numan Tüzel. 69 minutes into the game, Numan Tüzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resurrección Diabólica Ψ the free kick. After a rather tough play, LOI's Numan Tüzel got a free kick in the 69th minute. The Resurrección Diabólica Ψ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LOI's performance. The match ended with a win for LOI.
