The Leicester Lions fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Filip Mirciulescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Leicester Lions's Callum Barratt got control of the ball when Florin Tărău tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mike Wadham to make the kick off.
