The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Şerif İpekçi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. David Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Soprano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, - JOKER -'s Tony Soprano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Internazionale-RS's David Godoi got control of the ball when Tony Soprano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 23 minutes, Tony Soprano made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Internazionale-RS's David Godoi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute Tony Soprano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game was made by Celsinho Aparecido with Ronaldinho de Amaral as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Soprano in the 34th minute of play forced Internazionale-RS's goalkeeper David Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Tony Soprano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Tony Soprano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Godoi. Internazionale-RS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tony Soprano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. David Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şerif İpekçi in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Tony Soprano managed to get in a good position for a shot. - JOKER -'s supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Soprano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Internazionale-RS's David Godoi got control of the ball when Tony Soprano tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tony Soprano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luís Eduardo Furlan kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. David Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Soprano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, - JOKER -'s Tony Soprano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Godoi came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by - JOKER -'s Alexandro Galego. But to his dismay, Alexandro Galego quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. - JOKER -'s Dündar Ersezen was substituted for Muammer Humbaracıbaşı. 60 minutes into the match, Tony Soprano notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Internazionale-RS's David Godoi. David Godoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ali Behzat Kutberk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorginho Soares in the 65th minute of play. Tony Soprano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Godoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of - JOKER - booed when Internazionale-RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Tony Soprano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Godoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. - JOKER - made a substitution. Tayfun Esentürk replaced Tony Soprano. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Tayfun Esentürk managed to get in a good position for a shot. - JOKER -'s supporters rose to their feet, but Tayfun Esentürk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Internazionale-RS getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Rodriguinho Ferraz hit a great ball. Dündar Ersezen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. David Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayfun Esentürk in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Tayfun Esentürk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
