A collision led to Stone City getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Lucho Cal hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes Stone City got a freekick which was hit by Lucho Cal. Jan Koller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes Stone City got a freekick which was hit by Lucho Cal. After 27 played minutes Stone City got a freekick which was hit by Mai Yi Xu. Korneliusz Rasimowicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pavel Balc's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the game, Primo Buiza threw the ball into play from the sideline. Stone City's Lucho Cal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pavel Balc in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Korneliusz Rasimowicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Deportivo Ortegano's goal looked a bit too open when Pavel Balc came free, but Korneliusz Rasimowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venceslao Cortes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
