Armindo Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tilemachos Romanidis in the 11th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes VB-Team got a freekick which was hit by Luís Caeiro. Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Alisson Becker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Caeiro in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Tilemachos Romanidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alisson Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Caeiro in the 32nd minute of play. Armindo Salgado was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Ata Bircan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ata Bircan really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 3-0 became the score in the 42nd minute when Tilemachos Romanidis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ata Bircan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alisson Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Tilemachos Romanidis in the 59th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Ata Bircan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of VB-Team's Armindo Salgado.
