The shot was a little too simple and Ovidio Roland could save by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Meder Muños came free, but Hugo Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Intimos de Reynoso's Ovidio Roland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roald Engebakken in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Meder Muños notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FRANK's Hugo Moraes. Hugo Moraes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th match minute, Intimos de Reynoso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Björkänge to maneuver through the defense. If Meder Muños had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Björkänge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Hugo Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hugo Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meder Muños in the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to FRANK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Håvard Levang hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FRANK defense, Meder Muños kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Moraes. The FRANK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Moraes should have stopped the shot. Ovidio Roland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roald Engebakken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the match, Wout Gheysen sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Ovidio Roland threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Wout Gheysen this time. After the first half Intimos de Reynoso were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ola Børseth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Isak Holmvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute Meder Muños shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Roland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Børseth in the 54th minute of play. Intimos de Reynoso's Erez Marica was substituted for Meder Muños. Intimos de Reynoso made a substitution. Lope Quijana replaced Pawel Engler. Håvard Levang made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Steve Yzerman immediately put the ball in play. In the 61st minute, Anderson Santamaria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erez Marica in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Moraes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roald Engebakken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ovidio Roland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FRANK's Hugo Moraes got control of the ball when Diego Armando Faso tried to sneak it across the goal line. FRANK's Hugo Moraes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save FRANK from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Hugo Moraes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Erez Marica scored 0-4 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Diego Armando Faso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Roland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roald Engebakken went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Intimos de Reynoso eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
