Nicolás Valentini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Haupt got free with Ruben Sánchez in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolás Valentini in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck August Hoffmanns prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94th minute, Nicolás Valentini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. La Candela FC had won after a very even match.
