Nina fc were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Rot-Weiss-Essen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aldo Navarro took the corner. After taking down the ball on Nina fc's corner Beppe Mercuri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and August Hoffmanns quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rubens Prata in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck August Hoffmanns prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the game, Rubens Prata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. August Hoffmanns was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Rot-Weiss-Essen supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nina fc's performance. The match ended with a win for Nina fc.
