The audience thought a goal was coming when Eeng Kuswanto got free with Jens Schrape in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Bacardi FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Waldemar Custódio hit a great ball. Martin Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murcia Promesas's Jens Schrape played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoud Van Gestel in the 26th minute of play. Arnoud Van Gestel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. In the 62nd minute Roni Coryn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Schrape saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
