An unexpectedly hard shot by Grabiel Escorcia in the 13th minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Igor Kelemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Grabiel Escorcia came free, but Igor Kelemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Nacional was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mendiko Bueres to maneuver through the defense. Grabiel Escorcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Kelemen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Grabiel Escorcia ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Kelemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Mădălin Geamănu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacional the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Geamănu to maneuver through the defense. After 29 minutes Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xu Sha who took care of the corner kick. Felipe Carballo made a great header on Nacional's corner, it was just that Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Igor Kelemen managed to reach the ball for a save. Karl-Michael Brask recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Kelemen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Igor Kelemen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. A collision led to Batalionul U23 Dorobanti getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mugur Bejan hit a great ball. After the first half Nacional were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Grabiel Escorcia ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 52nd minute, Paul Stoian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's zone, Grabiel Escorcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Kelemen came out of the goal and Grabiel Escorcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, Grabiel Escorcia notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Igor Kelemen. Igor Kelemen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luciano Inverso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Igor Kelemen made a huge save. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Luciano Inverso scored to the left of an out of position Igor Kelemen, making the score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grabiel Escorcia in the 62nd minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Igor Kelemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Igor Kelemen got control of the ball when Grabiel Escorcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th play minute Grabiel Escorcia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Igor Kelemen. 0-5. Nacional made a substitution. Walme Yurre replaced Mendiko Bueres. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti made a substitution. Diego Tristan replaced Rareș Hănescu. A sloppy throw-in by Mădălin Geamănu in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nacional's Xu Sha. Grabiel Escorcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Igor Kelemen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Juaneizu Merida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Tristan in the 87th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Grabiel Escorcia came free, but Igor Kelemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nacional's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
