The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Titan Palermo struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Adalberto Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prensadito Fulbo Clu. After some careless play in the BOTAFOGO defense, Titan Palermo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adalberto Breckenfeld. The BOTAFOGO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adalberto Breckenfeld should have stopped the shot. In the 7th minute, Korkutalp Bektaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Titan Palermo made a precise shot to the right of Adalberto Breckenfeld. BOTAFOGO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, BOTAFOGO's Claudinei Sanches got a free kick in the 17th minute. 17 minutes into the match, BOTAFOGO's goal looked a bit too open when Titan Palermo came free, but Adalberto Breckenfeld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by BOTAFOGO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stig-Ove Svartengren was slow to take the kick. During this time Prensadito Fulbo Clu's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Stig-Ove Svartengren to fire away a dangerous shot which Adalberto Breckenfeld despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adalberto Breckenfeld came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Titan Palermo. But to his dismay, Titan Palermo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 28th minute, Fabinho Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Titan Palermo scored 4-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adalberto Breckenfeld, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Titan Palermo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adalberto Breckenfeld having to make a save. Adalberto Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Titan Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Titan Palermo scored 5-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adalberto Breckenfeld, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adalberto Breckenfeld stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Titan Palermo's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Adalberto Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Titan Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Titan Palermo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. BOTAFOGO's Adalberto Breckenfeld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Titan Palermo in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Titan Palermo managed to work through BOTAFOGO's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Titan Palermo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 53rd minute Titan Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Claudinei Sanches threw the ball into play from the sideline. Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Korkutalp Bektaş quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Titan Palermo took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adalberto Breckenfeld. Adalberto Breckenfeld dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 58th minute, Claudinei Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adalberto Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Titan Palermo in the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, BOTAFOGO's Claudinei Sanches got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Prensadito Fulbo Clu booed when BOTAFOGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauan Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Titan Palermo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Adalberto Breckenfeld was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Titan Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 72 minutes into the match, BOTAFOGO's goal looked a bit too open when Titan Palermo came free, but Adalberto Breckenfeld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adalberto Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Titan Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Titan Palermo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adalberto Breckenfeld read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute Prensadito Fulbo Clu were awarded a corner. Stig-Ove Svartengren went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Prensadito Fulbo Clu's corner Stig-Ove Svartengren fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Adalberto Breckenfeld quite easily take care of the ball. Titan Palermo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adalberto Breckenfeld having to interfere. Titan Palermo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adalberto Breckenfeld read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Korkutalp Bektaş got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adalberto Breckenfeld quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Titan Palermo in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adalberto Breckenfeld prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adalberto Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titan Palermo in the 87th minute of play. Titan Palermo took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adalberto Breckenfeld. Adalberto Breckenfeld dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0.
