Fausto Mendonça started the match with the kick off. After 7 played minutes Scarlet Speedster got a freekick which was hit by Raigo Vananurm. Hristofor Borchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raigo Vananurm in the 13th minute of the match. With a little luck, Scarlet Speedster's Naldo Proença got control of the ball when Ronaldinho Fenomeno tried to sneak it across the goal line. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when AS Pikachuzim's Sílvio Caca-Rato in the 24th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Naldo Proença was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Scarlet Speedster through an amazing save. After a rather tough play, AS Pikachuzim's Olaf Babicki got a free kick in the 26th minute. Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Scarlet Speedster's 龚棋岩 got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Mendonça came free, but Hristofor Borchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hristofor Borchev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Fausto Mendonça had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hristofor Borchev. AS Pikachuzim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fausto Mendonça was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldinho Fenomeno to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Mendonça in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hristofor Borchev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. AS Pikachuzim's Hristofor Borchev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save AS Pikachuzim from getting a goal against them. AS Pikachuzim's Arif Oğuz Semdin was substituted for Ronaldinho Fenomeno. AS Pikachuzim's Luciano Sarmento was substituted for Sílvio Caca-Rato. Naldo Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Naldo Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Sarmento in the 95th minute of play. The Scarlet Speedster supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Scarlet Speedster would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
