Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joélson dos Santos got the match started through his kick off. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Henk Veerman got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6thth minute of the game Henk Veerman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EC Rodrigus MZ's Narciso Eusko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after EC Rodrigus MZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anton Scheupach took the corner. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Cihan Zafer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdir Batista in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► got a freekick which was hit by Corné van Basten. With his leg Narciso Eusko managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Henk Veerman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cihan Zafer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Gustavo Trevisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cihan Zafer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Trevisan in the 19th minute of play. Cihan Zafer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Gustavo Trevisan went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Henk Veerman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Narciso Eusko made a huge save. EC Rodrigus MZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Henk Veerman scored to the left of an out of position Narciso Eusko, making the score, 1-1. EC Rodrigus MZ's Narciso Eusko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save EC Rodrigus MZ from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► were awarded a corner. Anton Scheupach went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Anton Scheupach almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but EC Rodrigus MZ's Narciso Eusko did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henk Veerman got free with Narciso Eusko in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Narciso Eusko was a little too slow when Henk Veerman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind EC Rodrigus MZ's goalkeeper Narciso Eusko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Henk Veerman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Narciso Eusko. EC Rodrigus MZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henk Veerman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henk Veerman was the one to do the kick off.
