Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Lars Bammerman took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Seaman. David Seaman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lars Bammerman was the one to do the kick off. David Seaman came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kurdistan's Iwan Kasiewski. But to his dismay, Iwan Kasiewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 53 played minutes Jenipapo SC got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Poalelungi. Arsenio Gipuzkoa lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jenipapo SC! David Seaman had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Fredric Hybbert's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the Jenipapo SC defense, Fredric Hybbert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Seaman. The Jenipapo SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Seaman should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Jenipapo SC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Aníbal Alagoano hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Kurdistan booed when Jenipapo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Seaman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iwan Kasiewski went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Jenipapo SC's David Seaman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwan Kasiewski in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raphael Cunha got free with Alaaddin Solskjær in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 69 minutes of play, FC Kurdistan's Lars Bammerman made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Seaman was left in no man's land by his defense there! David Seaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. It was beautiful to see Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano in action when he in the 96th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Jenipapo SC's David Seaman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Sundström in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jenipapo SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Kurdistan.
