BREAK's Tom Riddle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save BREAK from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reese Otto in the 32nd minute of play forced BREAK's goalkeeper Tom Riddle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, BREAK's Gonzo Gonzo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rhys Dimmock narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute of the match BREAK got a corner. Zamalek FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jedrzej Trzemzalski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led BREAK's Jedrzej Trzemzalski to fire away a dangerous shot which Rhys Dimmock despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Zamalek FC defense, Gonzo Gonzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rhys Dimmock. The Zamalek FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rhys Dimmock should have stopped the shot. Gonzo Gonzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rhys Dimmock. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gonzo Gonzo ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 武挺西 made a kick off. In the 54th minute 武挺西 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Riddle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Riddle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo Queirós in the 55th minute of the match. Gonzo Gonzo took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rhys Dimmock. Rhys Dimmock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. BREAK made a substitution. Stefan Dzerwucki replaced Stuparu Chyba. BREAK made a substitution. Fabian Tarasek replaced Zygmunt Wielkopolski. The supporters of BREAK booed when Zamalek FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daron Joseph didn't get a good kick on the ball. BREAK's Jakub Mierzwa was substituted for Gonzo Gonzo. In the 70th minute, Daron Joseph hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Tarasek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hasret Tarhun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rhys Dimmock read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Kirkpatrick in the 79th minute of play forced BREAK's goalkeeper Tom Riddle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, BREAK's goal looked a bit too open when Reese Otto came free, but Tom Riddle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 武挺西 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Riddle having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Jakub Mierzwa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BREAK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.
