David Seaman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Hopp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Hopp came free, but David Seaman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alaaddin Solskjær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 26th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær got control of the ball when Raphael Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Arósio in the 31st minute of play forced FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alaaddin Solskjær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Arósio in the 32nd minute of the match. David Seaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Hopp, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. David Seaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredric Hybbert in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredric Hybbert in the 38th minute of play forced Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper David Seaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto-Carlos da Silva took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Seaman. David Seaman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Jenipapo SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Kurdistan were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lars Bammerman to make the kick off. David Seaman didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Kurdistan's Lars Bammerman shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Ubaldo Ritchie replaced Nils Hopp. Iwan Kasiewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but David Seaman made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Cunha in the 80th minute of play forced FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iwan Kasiewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Lars Sundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Seaman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Fredric Hybbert. Alaaddin Solskjær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The FC Kurdistan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Kurdistan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
