Christodoulos Karabogias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Adan Bartuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Milosz Gabis came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Christodoulos Karabogias could save by the left post. Martín Ulloa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Christodoulos Karabogias made a huge save. Hélder de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Humberto Escobar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Christodoulos Karabogias, 2-0. Nubecitas FC's Christodoulos Karabogias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Nubecitas FC from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the match, Nubecitas FC's Hélder de Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Benavides narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juan Benavides came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Nubecitas FC's Hélder de Lara. But to his dismay, Hélder de Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 41 minutes Nubecitas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Gustafson who took care of the corner kick. Juan Benavides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder de Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the game, Adan Bartuelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nubecitas FC the free kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Escobar made a kick off. Christodoulos Karabogias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Escobar in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Humberto Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christodoulos Karabogias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Nubecitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Gabis came free, but Christodoulos Karabogias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Benavides was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hélder de Lara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 68 minute of play. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Giancarlo Mora was substituted for Dari Mana. Juan Benavides dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
