Bruno Sauveur scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vítor Mandrak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute, Dieguinho Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vítor Mandrak was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Bruno Sauveur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bruno Sauveur really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Excelência de Luxe's Dieguinho Vinhas got a free kick in the 12th minute. Vítor Mandrak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uriel Ferrer in the 14th minute. In the 18th match minute, Defensores de Lombroso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrence Casa to maneuver through the defense. Laerte Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Sauveur got free with Vítor Mandrak in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vítor Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Gelacio in the 24th minute of play. Uriel Ferrer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Excelência de Luxe's Vítor Mandrak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Excelência de Luxe from getting a goal against them. 41 minutes into the game, Ubaldo Gelacio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vítor Mandrak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Ferrer got free with Vítor Mandrak in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 47 minutes, Tales Vander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Excelência de Luxe and the Defensores de Lombroso players grew even worse after the yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Gustavo Custódio made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Ferrer in the 56th minute of play forced Excelência de Luxe's goalkeeper Vítor Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Excelência de Luxe's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Sauveur came free, but Vítor Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Excelência de Luxe's Vítor Mandrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Ferrer in the 65th minute of play. Defensores de Lombroso's Valentín Barco was substituted for Federico Pirro. 69 minutes into the match, Excelência de Luxe's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Sauveur came free, but Vítor Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lionel-Andrés Messi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vítor Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Ferrer in the 72nd minute of play. Eliseu França recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gianluca Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseu França's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Defensores de Lombroso's Gianluca Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Defensores de Lombroso from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Lombroso's Alan Varela got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 90th minute, Jacinto Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute of the match Defensores de Lombroso got a corner. Excelência de Luxe's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bruno Sauveur ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Defensores de Lombroso's Ubaldo Gelacio to fire away a dangerous shot which Vítor Mandrak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Excelência de Luxe's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel-Andrés Messi came free, but Vítor Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Defensores de Lombroso fully deserved thier win.
