Brazilio Butt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Marin in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Elias Figueroa hit a great ball. The supporters of Maravilla booed when DIF LEEDS BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Gudmundsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Credo in the 14th minute of play forced DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Cruz Credo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brazilio Butt. DIF LEEDS BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cruz Credo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cruz Credo in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brazilio Butt saved DIF LEEDS BK from getting behind. Cruz Credo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brazilio Butt. Brazilio Butt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Brazilio Butt came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Maravilla's Cruz Credo. But to his dismay, Cruz Credo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Maravilla were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after DIF LEEDS BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulus Van Poucke took the corner. The corner ended in Victorino Txomin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt did a great save. Cruz Credo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brazilio Butt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt got control of the ball when Cruz Credo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerry Jonasson took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Facundo Altamirano. Facundo Altamirano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cruz Credo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Cruz Credo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brazilio Butt. Reiner Sørrig kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. DIF LEEDS BK's Pál Kormos was substituted for Henric Persson. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Reiner Sørrig hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Maravilla's Cruz Credo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brazilio Butt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Facundo Altamirano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 74th minute Cruz Credo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, DIF LEEDS BK's Eduardo Selmo got a free kick in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goal looked a bit too open when Cruz Credo came free, but Brazilio Butt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerry Jonasson got free with Facundo Altamirano in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renzo Ingelborgs got free with Facundo Altamirano in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goal looked a bit too open when Cruz Credo came free, but Brazilio Butt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Cruz Credo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 86 minutes of play, Maravilla's Cruz Credo made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brazilio Butt was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute Cruz Credo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Facundo Altamirano made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Ulf Nordlander sent off a good shot on target. DIF LEEDS BK's Christian Haraldsson was substituted for Eliézer Nascimento. Jerry Jonasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maravilla's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
