The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, James Chin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kopparmora BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fire Devils the free kick. James Chin hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Viktor Jansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Goliath Perna's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Fire Devils from getting a goal against them. Viktor Jansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Furcas, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The supporters of Fire Devils booed when Kopparmora BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Uduleanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by I-Made 吕益益 in the 13th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Walter Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Fransson made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when I-Made 吕益益 sent off a good shot on target. After 17 played minutes Kopparmora BK got a freekick which was hit by Luca Uduleanu. In the 20th minute, I-Made 吕益益 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walter Fransson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Sundberg in the 23rd minute of play. Olov Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Fransson having to interfere. Viktor Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Furcas in the 26th minute of play. Luca Uduleanu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Olov Sundberg in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walter Fransson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Olov Sundberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Walter Fransson made a huge save. Walter Fransson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from I-Made 吕益益 went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. I-Made 吕益益's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walter Fransson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnold Stark during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. I-Made 吕益益 was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fire Devils! When Andreas Furcas came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Fire Devils fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Furcas couldn't finish the play. After 59 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Francis Aberle. In the 64th minute I-Made 吕益益 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute of the match Kopparmora BK got a corner. Fire Devils's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. I-Made 吕益益 ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Sundberg in the 69th minute of play. Olov Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Fransson having to interfere. Olov Sundberg struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Walter Fransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kopparmora BK. In the 94th minute, James Chin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes into the game, Kopparmora BK's Philippe-Arnaud Volckaert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walter Fransson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Kopparmora BK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
