Radu Proca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathaniel Burnett, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, Potencial Desperdiciado F's goal looked a bit too open when Nathaniel Burnett came free, but Radu Proca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nathaniel Burnett's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radu Proca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathaniel Burnett in the 9th minute of play forced Potencial Desperdiciado F's goalkeeper Radu Proca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nathaniel Burnett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Radu Proca made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, Nathaniel Burnett notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Potencial Desperdiciado F's Radu Proca. Radu Proca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Potencial Desperdiciado F's Teagan Petukas got a free kick in the 17th minute. Potencial Desperdiciado F's Radu Proca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathaniel Burnett in the 20th minute of play. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Nathaniel Burnett got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Nathaniel Burnett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radu Proca. Potencial Desperdiciado F's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nathaniel Burnett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 27th minute Tomas Rufo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nathaniel Burnett in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radu Proca saved Potencial Desperdiciado F from getting behind. Potencial Desperdiciado F's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Tostão Trigo scored to the left of an out of position Radu Proca, making the score, 4-0. With a little luck, Potencial Desperdiciado F's Radu Proca got control of the ball when Nathaniel Burnett tried to sneak it across the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Potencial Desperdiciado F's goalkeeper Radu Proca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nathaniel Burnett. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Radu Proca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nathaniel Burnett in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Imbituba - FSCMZ booed when Potencial Desperdiciado F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teagan Petukas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Nathaniel Burnett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radu Proca was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Potencial Desperdiciado F's Iraido Treviño was substituted for Hugo Ganix. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Válbson Pimenta was substituted for Berenguer Anda. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Greg Drysdale was substituted for Nathaniel Burnett. After a rather tough play, Imbituba - FSCMZ's Pedro Luís Fonseca got a free kick in the 68th minute. If Iraido Treviño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 71 minutes, Válbson Pimenta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imbituba - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Válbson Pimenta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osmar Baiano lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 78th match minute, Potencial Desperdiciado F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osmar Baiano to maneuver through the defense. Radu Proca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luís Fonseca in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válbson Pimenta in the 88th minute of play forced Potencial Desperdiciado F's goalkeeper Radu Proca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Válbson Pimenta scored 7-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radu Proca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Radu Proca came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Válbson Pimenta. But to his dismay, Válbson Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Imbituba - FSCMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
