Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Nathaniel Burnett started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Go Ahead Eagles's Rafa Lojewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Trigo in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Lewandowski in the 5th minute of play forced Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Sidney Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dani Carbajal charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dani Carbajal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Sidney Motta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sidney Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Bot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Facundo Bot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sidney Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Go Ahead Eagles's Rafa Lojewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Trigo in the 22nd minute of play. If Facundo Bot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nathaniel Burnett took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafa Lojewski. Rafa Lojewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Sidney Motta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Imbituba - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Erling Lewandowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Sidney Motta made a huge save. Imbituba - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Go Ahead Eagles's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedro Luís Fonseca took the corner. The corner ended in Nathaniel Burnett almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Go Ahead Eagles's Rafa Lojewski did a great save. The Imbituba - FSCMZ fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Imbituba - FSCMZ's Nathaniel Burnett looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Go Ahead Eagles made a substitution. Manga Mangkudikusumah replaced Merih Yesari. In the 37th match minute, Imbituba - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dani Alves to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes in the game Facundo Bot did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Erling Lewandowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Lewandowski in the 46th minute of play forced Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Sidney Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erling Lewandowski in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sidney Motta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 48 minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cássio Gonçalves who took care of the corner kick. Cássio Gonçalves made a great header on Go Ahead Eagles's corner, it was just that Imbituba - FSCMZ's Sidney Motta managed to reach the ball for a save.

The wind increased when Iustin Bâru made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Luís Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 60 minutes of play, Go Ahead Eagles's Fernando Amorebieta made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sidney Motta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Imbituba - FSCMZ's Sidney Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Bâru in the 63rd minute of play. After 69 minutes Go Ahead Eagles's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Luís Fonseca who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Rolando Gaspard drilling the ball in to score 2-3 behind Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Greg Drysdale was substituted for Nathaniel Burnett. Sidney Motta came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Go Ahead Eagles's Facundo Bot. But to his dismay, Facundo Bot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. 78 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Pimenta came free, but Rafa Lojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Bot in the 81st minute of play forced Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Sidney Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper Rafa Lojewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Luís Fonseca. 90 minutes into the match, Iustin Bâru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sidney Motta. Imbituba - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iustin Bâru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Go Ahead Eagles's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
